- Enquiry and demo requests: your name, company or project, email, phone number, the site location you pin on the map, your area of interest and your message.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email, state and city, the role you are applying for, what you tell us about yourself and your CV.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or site introduction, and send you a copy of your request.
- To assess your job application and contact you about it.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who We Share It With
Your data is shared only with service providers who help us run this website and our email, such as our hosting provider and Google (for fonts and the map on the Contact page). They act on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, and job applications for up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
